Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned with any original packaging where applicable.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products created according to customer specifications.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that the item has been shipped back.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
