1) How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the postal service in your country. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. After that, delivery depends on your local postal system. Unfortunately, once your order is handed off to the postal service, we cannot control or track untracked packages. 

2) Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.

3) Do you offer tracked shipping?

Unfortunately, no. Tracked shipping is on our future plans. We currently offer untracked shipping. 

4)Why are all the prices in NOK?

Our shop is based in Norway, and we use Norwegian Krone (NOK) as our default currency. To get an idea of the price in your local currency, you can Google “NOK to [your currency]” (e.g., NOK to USD). 1 NOK ≈ €0.10 or $0.11 USD.

 

5) My order never arrived. What should I do?

If your order is returned to us due to a mistake (like an incorrect address), we will contact you via email and can reship the item as soon as possible. If the error was on the customer’s part, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping cost for re-sending the item. If your package was lost due to postal service error, we will cover the cost of re-sending your order.
